Join us for our next beach clean up at Yishun Dam!
Never been to a beach clean up? With over 8 million tons of plastic that are dumped into the oceans every year, now’s a great time to start! Working together, we can help to change the tide – every one of us can play our part! To join, register your attendance with our Eventbrite link (not facebook). Everyone is welcome, from young to old – we only ask for enthusiastic hands and the willingness to get a little sweaty!*IMPORTANT* Exact meeting point is shown in this map: https://goo.gl/maps/5T8Pxi1bZ8zAs the site is a short climb down a rocky slope and there is no shelter we do not recommend that children under 10 attend, if you wish to bring them along please know it is at your own risk. We will be conducting this clean-up with Year 4s from the Canadian International School too! Do bring your hat, sunblock, insect repellent, a bottle of water (no plastic please!) and wear covered shoes for the event. All gloves and trash bags will be provided along with a few tongs but if you have your own please bring them along!
