Basic Hydroponics Course

Hydroponics is the growing of plants in a soil less medium, or an aquatic based environment. Hydroponic growing uses mineral nutrient solutions to feed the plants in water, without soil.

Hydroponics urban farming is a better way to provide safe and nutritious leafy greens for your family other than to grow it yourself. This course will prepare participants with the skills and knowledge to establish their very own soilless edible garden.

In this one day hydroponics workshop held in a farm, your will learn:

Hydroponics Urban Farming Technology
Aquaponics Farming Technology
Auto Pot Farming Technology
Plant Factory Technology
At the end of the course, participants will be able to understand and apply the basic concepts to;

Cultivate hydroponic leafy crops
Provide the necessary growing environment
Select or design hydroponic systems
Diagnose plant problems
Participants will also be provided with a a Hydroponics Hobby Kit (participants can take this kit home & practice)
