Dr. Goodall in Singapore!

This November, Dr. Jane Goodall, DBE, Founder of the Jane Goodall Institute and United Nations Messenger of Peace will be visiting Singapore! From the 26 to 28 November 2019, we have a series of activities lined up for you.

– 26 November, 8.15AM to 5.15PM, Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre, Cassia Room –
Firstly, we have the “Human-wildlife Coexistence in Asia Conference: Conflicts and Mitigations”, an academic conference where we have invited Dr. Goodall and a panel of six distinguished speakers to speak about their experiences and work. Audience members can participate and discuss important conservation topics with some of the most prolific experts and researchers in the environmental field.

– 26 November, 5.30PM to 9.30PM, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel –
Next, we have “An evening with Dr. Jane Goodall: Action for Conservation”, a gala dinner for existing and potential donors to come and mingle. It will be a rare and meaningful opportunity to show support in JGIS’ efforts in conservation and education.

– 28 November, 6.30PM to 9PM, University Cultural Centre, National University of Singapore –
Lastly, we have “Living in Harmony with Nature & Wildlife: A dialogue with Dr. Jane Goodall”. This event is a public lecture that aims to bring people and Dr. Goodall together to hear about and discuss the most important environmental issues in the world today. Join us for an inspiring and interactive session with one of the world’s most valued conservationists.
