Teenage years can often be a rollercoaster ride. Challenges can range from social media, self-esteem, academic and peer pressures, puberty and physical changes, mood changes, parental and relationship demands. Living within the teenage years can seem like an uncertain and complex phase.
In this 3-day Mindfulness For Teenagers Boot Camp, we aim to help your child to cultivate the skill of mindfulness, awareness, emotional regulation and self-compassion to equip them with tools to handle challenges more effectively.
THIS COURSE IS SUITABLE FOR YOUTHS TO:
– learn basic mindfulness and compassion techniques,
– recognise their own behaviors, attitudes and patterns
– build their emotional resilience so they are better equipped to deal with the day to day stresses that life brings them
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS COURSE?
– 3x 1.5hour classes (including simple & accessible body, breath and mindfulness practices) on all the below dates:

– Chats/ Feedback to parents (before / after programme)
