Kids (and parents) today are being overwhelmed with pictures of burning fires, melting ice and plastic-filled oceans and many feeling lost at what to do and how their little steps can truly make an impact.

So how do we approach topics like climate change and waste, so our children will feel empowered instead of scared, conscious instead of detached and feel ownership to their actions as our regenerative ambassadors?

In this article we look at:

• How can we be role models?
• How can we talk to our kids about plastic pollution & climate change in a language the understand & without scaring  them?
• How can we work together as a conscious and mindful family?

EXCITING NEWS!📣 Nearly 4 years ago I soft launc EXCITING NEWS!📣
Nearly 4 years ago I soft launched my 4th baby, green lifestyle guide @orgayana and by doing so, made a pivot in my career into that of an entrepreneur wearing 10 more hats than my previous jobs as journalist/ editor. I’d always been passionate about health, and in my years writing + speaking about/moderating the sustainability conversation in Singapore, the link I’d made between health and sustainability only grew stronger. I created orgayana with the purpose of guiding people to understand how we can help our planet by putting ourselves first. 
I still do that - although now with more power behind it!

In my years editing orgayana, over 20 specialists wrote for me on everything from mindfulness, food & exercise to natural skincare, detoxing your home and giving back to the planet. While I lapped it all up, half the time I wished I’d been the author of ALL the ingenious advice, not just sustainability.  I was desperate to gain deeper insights into the link between our mind, body and daily habits AND our sustainable (or lack of) steps. So, at my return to Denmark last year, my mission was to educate myself even further and…... here I am! With certifications in Nutrition and Ayurveda as well as a being a certified ICI Neuro Coach, Aligned Yoga Teacher and Green School Green Educator, I’m ready to take on health and sustainability from a new, more personal angle. 
Now, what does this mean?

Firstly - doing 1-1 coaching sessions, green lifestyle consulting sessions and neuro trainings. Secondly, preparing workshops and courses integrating the 6 orgayana pillars in my green lifestyle wheel - the inside out approach: mind, eat, active, wear, home & planet. 

I’m super excited to expand my competencies from being a storyteller, to now coach, consultant and teacher of my favourite hobby: green lifestyle.
