Crunchy Vanilla Strawberry Macademia Nut Granola

Macadamia Nuts are great for their low carb properties, along with low sugar content, macadamia nuts are also particularly high in monounsaturated fat, therefore great for our overall health by boosting our heart health.

INGREDIENTS:

GRANOLA BASE:

2 Large Cups of Organic Oats

1/2 Cup of chopped macadamia nuts

1/2 Cup of shaved almonds

2 Tablespoons of Granulated Monk Fruit

4 Tablespoons of Coconut oil

1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 Serving of Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Vanilla

Pinch of salt

2 Tablespoons of macadamia nut butter

 

DAIRY-FREE STRAWBERRY YOGHURT:

1/2 Cup of vanilla coconut yoghurt

1 Serving of Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Strawberry or for kids option Kids Good stuff from Nuzest.

2 Tablespoons of nut milk

1 Teaspoon of smooth macadamia nut butter

Blend the “yoghurt” mixture as this is for your granola when it is done.

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Let’s get started by preheating the oven at 200 degrees.

Using a large bowl, start adding the dry ingredients and mix well, allow to set aside whilst you prepare your baking sheet.

Ensure you use a non-stick baking sheet. Going back to your mix, add the coconut oil and macadamia nut butter along with the yacon syrup to the base and mix well, ensuring you get the entire oat mix moist from the coconut oil, macadamia and yacon mix.

Spread out evenly onto your sheet, bake for 40min, Ideally, you can open the oven after 20 min. or, so just to toss it around a bit.

Once baked till brown, remove and allow to cool, this is great to serve with your Protein dairy-free yoghurt.
