Having a vegetarian meal is a powerful and pleasurable way to achieve good health. It is also a great way to care for the environment too. Did you know that it takes 78 calories of fossil fuel to produce 1 calorie of beef protein? Furthermore, it takes 3 to 15 times more water to produce animal protein as it does plant protein!  Whether you’re doing it for your own health or for the environment, here are five restaurant where you can enjoy some delicious veggie food!

7 Sensations recently reopened at 279 Jalan Besar and have been offering delicious daily set meals, among other asian inspired dishes. We love their daily brown rice set special (in photo) at just $10.80. The set in this photo contains organic korean brown rice, vegetarian mutton curry, tofu with Thai sweet & sour chilli along side some mixed greens with French dressing.

The Mezze platter at Original Sin is the ultimate guilty-free pleasure. This is their best-selling dish over the past decade, and definitely one of our favourite dishes.
