1/4 Teaspoon of beetroot powder (Pinch)

SPRINKLES:

Freeze-dried chopped strawberries

Mix all the ingredients of the white bark first, until smooth, cocoa butter needs to be melted, splay out on a non-stick flat tray, then swirl the Pink cocoa butter mix, finally sprinkle your dried strawberries, leave in the fridge for 2 hours (or 1 hour in the freezer) before serving. Ensure you don’t make the bark too thick or too thin, 0.8cm is a good thickness.
