Creamy Spinach Ice-Cream

Spinach and Avocado – in an ice-cream?? …yes it sounds a little too healthy to be true, but you’ll be surprised how this monster dessert will light up your weekend – and not add the kilos!

 

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Cup of coconut milk

2 Servings of Nuzest Clean Lean vanilla protein

1 Serving of Good Greens from Nuzest

1 Avocado

1/2 Cup of Macadamia nut butter

2 Handfuls of baby spinach

1 Cup of fresh coconut flesh

Pinch of salt

2 Tablespoons of Yacon Syrup

1 Tablespoon of coconut oil

1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth, pour out into your silicone mould or square-shaped lined tray.

Keep in the freezer for 2 hours before serving.

Scoop out the desired amount and sprinkle your favourite toppings.

My aim is to share healthy alternatives and how to simply add these into your lifestyle in your own unique way, its finding what works for you. My experience in the health and wellness side started years ago, I have always been passionate about living an active healthy lifestyle, hence why I feel the need to share with others, health can be accessible, easy & convenient, it’s just finding what works for you.
