The anxiety is everywhere. The world is in lockdown and people all over the world are feeling helpless and worried about family, friends and the gloomy future we’re entering.
So what to do when many of us can’t or won’t enter the outside world and our life as we know it with physical movement, interaction with other people and routines are limited to four walls, our family and a screen?
