Sometimes you want that comfort food, but know what’s best for you… Why not combine the two, and start at your breakfast tomorrow morning? Get ready for trifle meats chia!
INGREDIENTS
FIRST BASE LAYER:
2 Tablespoons of black Chia seeds
1/2 Cup of Almond Milk
1/2 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 Teaspoon hulled tahini paste
SECOND LAYER:
First, sprinkle Blueberries, then 2nd Tablespoons of Bee Pollen or hemp seeds.
GREEN FINAL LAYER:
3 Tablespoons of white chai seeds
1/2 Cup coconut cream
1/3 Cup coconut milk
1 Cup of baby spinach
1 Serving of Nuzest Vanilla
1 Serving of Good green stuff Nuzest
INSTRUCTIONS
Firstly start by mixing the Base layer, allow to set, then start mixing your green layer this will be the final layer. Allow both to sit aside separately.
Rinse off the blueberries and pat dry them, if you are using hemp or bee pollen keep that aside too.
Then start filling your glass jar with the layers, starting by scraping the base layer into your jar, then the centre layer and last the green layer.
You can enjoy it there and then or leave it overnight for the next morning.
